# Settings, support, and notifications

Settings are split into workspace pages and account pages. Workspace pages affect the organization. Account pages affect the current user.

## Settings navigation

The settings sidebar contains:

- Workspace general settings.
- People.
- Billing.
- Account.
- Notifications.
- Support.

The Go back action returns to the workspace home.

## General workspace settings

General settings are for workspace identity and URL management. Use them when the workspace name, avatar, or slug needs to change.

Slug changes affect workspace URLs. Send updated links to teammates after changing the slug.

## Support page

Support includes:

- Email support.
- Bug report email.
- Documentation.
- Community link.
- Release notes.

For production issues, include the workspace, project title, project ID if available, the status shown in Project Settings, and the most recent error message.

## Notifications

Notification settings include account-level preferences such as:

- Marketing updates.
- Low-balance alerts.
- Renewal reminders.

Low-balance alerts are useful for production teams because generation can be blocked when available credits are below the reserved maximum estimate.

## Account settings

Account settings are for the signed-in user. They are separate from workspace name, member list, and billing ownership.

## Practical support checklist

Before contacting support for a project, collect:

- Project URL.
- Project status.
- Render status if the problem is export-related.
- Last error shown in the project workspace.
- Whether the run was retried.
- Whether credits are available or frozen.
- Browser and device type, especially for Studio editing issues.

## Product and publication boundary

- Onira produces a reviewable MP4; it does not upload or schedule social posts.
- Creators remain responsible for facts, sources, rights, disclosure, policy review, and final publication.
- Research is research-assisted; creator verification is required before publication.
- Onira does not guarantee factual accuracy, legal clearance, monetization, reach, or production success.
- The current Timeline and Studio surfaces support defined review and regeneration workflows, not arbitrary nonlinear editing.
