Plans and credits
Onira plan limits, monthly credits, top-ups, concurrency, and export quality.
Onira uses credit-based billing. Credits pay for provider-heavy production work across planning, screenplay, narration, music, image generation, video clip generation, assembly, and rendering.
The billing pages in the app are workspace-scoped. Use the workspace shown in the URL and sidebar as the source of truth when comparing plan state, available credits, members, and invoices.
Plans
| Plan | Monthly price | Monthly credits | Members | Concurrent runs | Export |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Creator | $149 | 3,750 | Up to 3 | 1 | 1080p |
| Studio | $349 | 9,500 | Up to 5 | 2 | 1080p Premium |
| Pro | $749 | 22,000 | Unlimited | 3 | 4K |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Unlimited | 5 by default | 4K |
Annual plans are billed up front. Annual plans grant the annual credit amount up front rather than waiting for each monthly renewal.
What plan limits affect
Plans affect:
- Monthly credit grant.
- Member limit.
- Concurrent production run limit.
- Maximum production duration.
- Maximum export quality.
- Priority queue access.
- Whether a workspace can use higher-cost settings.
The production composer and export screen enforce these limits in context. A setting can appear visible but locked when the current plan does not support it.
Duration caps
The commercial plan carries a duration entitlement:
| Plan | Maximum production duration |
|---|---|
| Creator | 10 minutes |
| Studio | 20 minutes |
| Pro | 30 minutes |
| Enterprise | 30 minutes by default |
The engine also enforces an independent, evidence-based qualification ceiling. The effective maximum is the smaller of the plan entitlement and the deployed engine qualification. The conservative release default is 3 minutes; higher tiers are promoted only after held-out qualification evidence is configured.
The production composer and API expose the effective targets for the current deployment. A plan upgrade does not by itself unlock a duration that the engine has not qualified. When a saved default is above the effective maximum, the composer keeps the preference but submits an available target.
Plan credits
Plan credits are granted each billing cycle. Unused monthly plan credits do not carry forward into the next cycle.
If a workspace changes plan, the plan-credit balance follows the active plan rules at renewal. Upgrades and downgrades are handled through the billing flow and may take effect at different times depending on the Stripe subscription state.
Top-up credits
Top-up credits are separate from monthly plan credits. The app tracks each top-up purchase as its own lot and spends top-up credits only after monthly plan credits are drained, oldest expiring lot first.
Top-up credits are valid for three years.
Available top-up packs:
| Pack | Price |
|---|---|
| 1,000 credits | $35 |
| 2,000 credits | $70 |
| 5,000 credits | $175 |
| 10,000 credits | $350 |
| 25,000 credits | $875 |
Credit balance
The billing overview separates:
- Available credits: credits available for new work.
- Frozen credits: credits currently reserved for in-progress work.
- This-cycle usage: credits spent in the current billing cycle.
- Top-up credits: purchased credits that remain after plan credits are spent.
If the workspace does not have enough available credits for a quote, the production cannot start until credits are added or the settings are reduced.
Concurrent run limits
Each plan limits the number of production runs that can be active at once:
| Plan | Active production runs |
|---|---|
| Creator | 1 |
| Studio | 2 |
| Pro | 3 |
| Enterprise | 5 by default |
When the workspace reaches the run cap, the project screen shows the run-cap state instead of starting another production. Finish, cancel, or wait for an active run before starting more work.
Production estimates
Onira does not use a fixed credits-per-minute price. The estimate varies with duration, model profile, audio settings, provider operations, and reservation headroom. The composer shows both an expected point estimate and a maximum reservation for the selected run.
Use that expected-to-maximum quote for capacity planning. The backend reserves the maximum before production, caps billing at that reservation, and settles against completed operations.
Refund window
Refunds are considered within 7 days of a charge if the credits granted by that charge have not been used. Contact support with the invoice number and workspace name.
